Here banana is used as a anti-wrinkle facial pack. Take a ripe banana and cut and mash it into a paste. Get few leaves of cabbage and grind it in a mixer/grinder to get a paste. Do not use medium ripe one because it may produce irritation on sensitive skins.

One day when you are free keep some time for foot pampering. For this you may need one large bowl. In the bowl fill with warm water. Add lemon slices. Add rose petals or few drops of rose oil. If you have forming gel add that also. Now dip your feet and splash the water to form bubbles. Keep both legs on this water for another 10 min. Now take out one foot and put on the knee of the other leg. Now you can use scrub. For that mix 4tsp.of green gram flour, 2tsp.of sugar powder, almond oil and sandalwood powder. Use this as a scrub. Scrub all over the foot with light or medium pressure. If you have cracked heel then use pumics/puming stone to rub. Then after finishing this, keep this foot on water and clean it. Then do the same for the other foot. Now the water in the bowl is cool. Take out both the feet and towel dry. If you want you can cut your nails and give shape to them. Now you can apply any moisturizer or cold cream on both feet. I prefer some natural moisturizer. Use crushed avocado fruit pulp. Apply all over the feet and wait for 10 min. Then wash it off, towel dry. Now you can go for nail polish.

Ingredients for facial mask for flaky skin


1cup oats
1/2 cup almond
1/2 cup dried rose petals


How to prepare facial mask for flaky skin
Make powders of the above ingredients. From that take 3tsp. oats powder, 1tsp. almond powder and 1tsp. rose petals powder. Mix them well and add 3 or 4 tsp. yogurt to make a paste. Now the facial mask is ready.

First of all wash and dry the face and apply a thin layer of almond oil all over the face. Avoid the eye areas. Then apply the facial mask for flaky skin all over the face and neck. Remember to add a little water if needed to make the mask smooth running. Allow the mask to stay there for 10-15 min. But take care to not getting the mask dry on the face. So wash off the mask before drying on the face. Use cold water to rinse the mask.

You have to do this everyday for consecutive three days and latter do it on alternate days till your face become alright. Grind the oat meal to get a medium condition powder of it. Here you may need three tsp. of oats. Add one tsp. honey and three tsp. orange juice. Mix well to get a thick paste.

First of all you have to cleanse the face with a cleansing milk or use fresh milk. Then apply the scrub on the face and do round massage. Do it for three min. Then if you can give a light steam over the face is good. After two min. wipe of the scrub from the face and again steam the face lightly. After this if you have black heads it is good time to remove it. You may have the black head remover. Here if you have any astringent, just pat on the face. Then rub ice cubes all over the face.

Finally you have to apply a natural face pack to get the full result. Here you can apply the pack of milk powder and orange or orange juice. After three min. wash face with normal water. This facial gives a fresh look and it nourishes the outer skin, so it gives the soft texture. This facial can be done once in every week at your home.
